the salesman ignore my question about the distance between holes. There were some answers to my question, but I do not know what is the distance between the holes. I took a chance and bought. I was able to install it to my new Toyota forklift holes. Luckily I was able to position the holes to prevent some things in the engine. for those who are thinking. come with frame and the distance between the holes is 10-3/4 "side to side and 11" front back. Let's see if this seat can hold up to years
